Unfortunately the Iraq Survey Group that was tasked to find Saddam WMD after the War were trying to answer “Where are the WMD?” and went on to search for the final Chemical Weapons stock piles in suspected ammunition sites but they find nothing. The approach should have been to search for the “Precursors for Chemical Weapons” and these Precursors would not be hidden in suspected ammunitions sites because Saddam regime knew full well that those are the first places to be search.
