We boarded by walking onto the tarmac and waiting for the plane. Well, I did that in Houston just last Friday. Of course I went down a Jetway and some steps to get to the Tarmac. At least where I got off that flight, about an hour later, the jetways could get down low enough for the Saab 340's door. :)
