"Try Googling McCain KLA."

You beat me to it, K!

Here's the problem as I see it:

1. With the support of those in our government, Muslims have made significant strides both in immigration to the US and infiltration of our political systems without the general public noticing that it was happening until it was too late.

2. At the government level, none of those who supported this Islamic immigration or Islamic political programs were Muslim, themselves, nor did they have the kind of obvious familial connection to Islam that Barack Obama has.

3.So beyond the easy "Obama's Islamic ties" knee-jerk rhetoric, what makes anyone think that it is going to be so easy to identify who is the one who will fight properly Islamists to save this country and who will sell us out the moment that they can?

According to Muslim Americans for Obama ’08, Senator Barack Obama “is the BEST candidate for the job in 2008.”

Raila Odinga, who is Obama's first cousin, has, in his own words, a "close personal friendship" with Obama. When Obama went to Kenya in August of 2006, he was hosted by Raila and spoke in praise of him at several rallies in Nairobi. Obama’s bias for his fellow Luo was so blatant that a Kenya government spokesman denounced Obama during his visit as Raila’s "stooge."

When Raila Odinga lost the presidential election to Mwai Kibaki, he claimed the vote was rigged, whereupon his tribal followers went on murderous rampages, such as in the town of Eldoret, where on New Years Day dozens of Christians were burned to death in a church set on fire.

.

With Obama, we are one step closer to this in America!

People better quit trying so hard to knock Hillery out of the race. This man is one dangerous candidate!

Obama - the islamist-Luo-Tribesman-marxist-black-supremascist-candidate for President of The United States of America...

...should run for office where he belongs. IN KENYA!

Obama/Keith Ellison

Obama/Wali Mohamed Abdi

Mohamed Abdi campaigned for Keith Ellison, then went to Kenya where Obama supported him for election in the district of Mandera East in Kenya. Wali is Somali by birth, an ex US Marine...

Wali Mohamed and family.

Ann Coulter gave a speech at CPAC, but (unforutunately) not to the general audience where, after saying she'd suport the Witch vs. McCain, she added that she wouldn't support Obama. This is why, loathe the Witch as we all do, we shouldn't be so anxious to see Obama get the DemonRat nomination.

That picture has been making the rounds, and it's not what it appears to be. The National Anthem was playing, not the Pledge of Allegiance. I had never heard of placing one's hand over the heart during the National Anthem, but apparently many people have, and have faulted Obama for not doing it in that picture. That's unreasonable.

BTW, I can document this if you like.

If you have a site URL that tells about it, I would appreciate it. Here in Texas, when the Anthem is played, we do put our hands over our hearts.

Thanks for the explanation!

I've been around Washington, D.C., all my life, and I've never seen it done. Hats come off, and we stand at attention, but we don't do that. It's a regional practice.

If you have a site URL that tells about it, I would appreciate it.

I have it at work; I'll send it to you tomorrow.

Thanks for the explanation!

You're most welcome!

It's not unreasonable...

-CITE-
    36 USC Sec. 301 01/02/2006

-EXPCITE-
TITLE 36 - PATRIOTIC AND NATIONAL OBSERVANCES, CEREMONIES, AND
                ORGANIZATIONS
Subtitle I - Patriotic and National Observances and Ceremonies
Part A - Observances and Ceremonies
CHAPTER 3 - NATIONAL ANTHEM, MOTTO, FLORAL EMBLEM1A\1\ MARCH, AND
                 TREE

-HEAD-
    Sec. 301. National anthem

-STATUTE-
      (a) Designation. - The composition consisting of the words and
music known as the Star-Spangled Banner is the national anthem.
      (b) Conduct During Playing. - During a rendition of the national
    anthem -
        (1) when the flag is displayed -
          (A) all present except those in uniform should stand at
        attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart;
          (B) men not in uniform should remove their headdress with
their right hand and hold the headdress at the left shoulder,
the hand being over the heart; and
          (C) individuals in uniform should give the military salute at
the first note of the anthem and maintain that position until
        the last note; and

        (2) when the flag is not displayed, all present should face
toward the music and act in the same manner they would if the
      flag were displayed.
Here's a video of the event: http://youtube.com/watch?v=N8QCkgg5Kjo

Nobody else on that stage seemed to have a problem with it. Many people have given their lives for our nation and flag. Anybody desiring to become leader of our armed services should be able to muster a wee bit of respect.

Well done; I had a hunch that a FReeper would catch this.....

I don't usually reply or comment or post to FReepers I do not know well; in this case a beltway area resident; living there is obviously not an indication of MENSAN qualifications or flyover America pariotism -

There is a line from "To Kill A Mockingbird" that might serve as a guide for those who wish to publicly speak or write their thoughts or observations:
