Not so fast.
Remember, the young’uns have come out for Obama this election cycle. If Obama wins the primary, but Clinton wins the nomination because of the ridiculous number of Dem superdelegates they get, that party will fracture very quickly.
A Hillary vs. McCain matchup would probably be the impetus for a third party ticket... that could quite possibly win.

Maybe, but one thing to remember about Democrats is they're party first and candidate second. They'll support their candidate in the primary but they'll vote party in the general.
Republicans will throw candidates under the bus and fight over the shade of blue in the flag in a heartbeat.
If Hillary gets the nomination, all the previous Obamahans will flock back to her.
