I don’t understand.
The episode's villain was a hustler who laundered campaign contributions through people who couldn't possibly donate the thousands that he reported to the FEC. He had many politicians beholden to him, including an angelic woman who everybody said would be President some day.
It was the episode called The Deadly Closet.
