Scroll to the bottom of the site and see the picture of a real conservative standing up for an evangelical Christian parent arrested for protesting the homosexual agenda in his child's school! See the picture of a real conservative taking a very public stand in a liberal state!

It is a shame that some evangelical Christians cannot find it within themselves to support that same conservative!!

When did he demand all should be married? He even invoked a 100 year old law to keep homos from flocking to MA to get married and was grilled by the media and the left for doing so.

Rather, they say it was Romney who actually got gay marriage started in the state, reacting before the legislature acted and even telling local justices of the peace (JPs) to resign if they didn’t think they could officiate at ceremonies involving homosexual couples.

“At least a dozen people immediately resigned,” said Larry Cirignano, the former president of Catholic Citizens in Massachusetts, among the organizations that gathered signatures to amend the state’s constitution to define marriage as a union between one man and one woman.

One JP who stepped down, Kathleen Harvey of Bellingham, Mass., said she did so out of conscience and conviction.

“I chose to resign,” Harvey told Cybercast News Service. “I personally didn’t feel that same-sex marriages were marriages. If they were civil unions, I don’t think that would have bothered me, but I personally didn’t feel they were marriages. I just didn’t want to be officiating at one of those ceremonies.”

In April 2004, Romney’s chief legal counsel, Daniel Winslow, told justices of the peace that they were required to perform gay marriages. If they couldn’t comply, they were expected to resign.

It's just a shame that Mitt fostered such support for the gay agenda in Massachusetts that parents were put in the position to have to take such drastic steps to protect their children from the state government that he headed.

It just can’t be true, Mitt Romney is the most detestable cultist to ever walk the earth, he rips unborn babies out of mamas for fun. There is just nothing decent about him/sarcasm.

It’s too bad we don’t have Rick Santorum or George Allen or even Fred Thompson running in the primary, but we’ve got who we’ve got. McCain would be an unmitigated disaster! What more can we say? Would you rather have Gitmo closed, terrorist enemy combatants on trial in US courts, amnesty for illegals, porus borders and a republican president who will bend over for the libs in congress? Or would you rather have Romney who may have supported this at one time? What were the circumstances? A lot of what I’ve heard Romney did or didn’t do turned out to be a lot of half-truths in the end.

I am a proud evangelical Christian, who along with many others, have fully supported Mitt Romney from the very beginning. While I and many of my other evangelical friends respect Mike Huckabee, we have not supported him in his presidential quest. Mitt Romney is a conservative that many evangelicals have supported all along. You’re letting the media craft your opinion - be careful of making blanket statements like this!
