Political correctness will be the death of this great nation. It angers me that so many great, rugged individualists sacrificed so much for us, and this generation of spoiled, baby-boomer brats is throwing it away.

And they’ve made it quite clear with banners that say “go back to Europe” that they are staking a claim on the turf

And that's the real point. They are a nation, and they claim the land. In Spaniard society, nothing is more important.

The humiliation of 1848 still looms large in their minds.

Many times I have been lectured by hispanic friends that "you gonna speak Spanish" someday. It wasn't a friendly comment - it was a threat and a statement of fact: once we re-take our dirt, then we will dictate terms.

This is not the rhetoric of "immigrants", of any flavor.

It is the statement of a conquering invader.

"a conspiracy theory that Latinos are trying to take back parts of the United States once ruled by Mexico"

MEChA is an Hispanic separatist organization... who romanticize Mexican claims to the "lost Territories" of the Southwestern United States -- a Chicano country called Aztlan. In its national constitution, MEChA calls for self-determination by its members to liberate Aztlan... "to continue the struggle for the self-determination of the Chicano people for the purpose of liberating Aztlán."

Why do they love Spain so much? And why do they lay claim to land up to Colorado?

No speech can be too hateful when directed at these dogs. It a more civilized nation they would be concerned with more than words. The populace would rise up and defend the homeland from colonists.

It's not pro-Spain or pro-Mexico or pro-La-Raza as it is anti-American (esp. traditional, white America).

One or two of the southern counties in Colorado cover
Spanish Land Grant country from the King of Spain

Spanish - Mexican Land Grants:

However the Colorado Constitution was written in English, Spanish and German.

Because most of the farmers only spoke only German.

They continued to speak only German until WWI
when it became politically incorrect to speak German.

Why do they love Spain so much?

Stockholm syndrome, I guess....the descendants of La Malinche have to have something to hold on to...

And why do they lay claim to land up to Colorado?

It really goes much further than that...

They speak the language of the conquerers, honor their territorial claim, but somehow see themselves as not being of European origin as though to do so would somehow be “bad”.

If we are such bad, hateful persons, why do these foreigners want to come here so badly?

I think they believe that some land is magic. If parts of the US went back to Mexico, the magic in the land would bring prosperity to Mexico.

I hope and pray you are 100% correct about the US Military supporting the US. I believe the threat to the US is domestic. I have seen Ruby Ridge, Waco, and a few other instances of our Government overstepping its bounds. I also see the subject of gun control entering into this mess. They want the average citizen to be disarmed.

Some of the remarks the Hispanic group identified included referring to immigrants as an "army of invaders" or an "invading force,"

That's accurate and a fully appropriate description of them. If there are 12,000,000, then that's an army, and if they're here illegally then they've invaded.

associating immigrants with animals,

I'd have to know what animals they were compared to in order to comment here, or the context in which it occurred. Since no example was given, I'm going to assume it wasn't anything particularly atrocious.

accusing immigrants of bringing crime and diseases like leprosy to the U.S.,

I don't know specifically about leprosy, but it's an absolute fact that illegals are bringing crime and disease to our nation.

and purveying a conspiracy theory that Latinos are trying to take back parts of the United States once ruled by Mexico.

That's also true. Many of the illegals view the southwest as Mexican territory and view themselves as engaging in a reconquista.

Next!

Also, Murguia named as offenders Pat Buchanan, who appears on MSNBC as a commentator, CNN's Lou Dobbs and Glenn Beck of Headline News, a CNN network.

Lots of luck, Murg.

I think the words “LaRaza” imply hate speech more than anything in the illegal immigration “debate”.

.

Super graphics potlatch!

La Raza is upset with Pat Buchanan, Lou Dobbs (hispanic wife!), Glenn Beck and demands their 1st Amendment rights be “censored” - under Mexican law I reckon!

La Raza better hold on to their sombreros and fakeroo IDs!

We have some hot new graphics coming that are going to put jalapheno peppers to shame!

Thanks, an old one as you know. We made so many ‘illegal’ slideshows and now I can’t seem to find them in all my stuff!! I have individual frames by the dozens though.
