It is easy to be a social conservative in Arkansas – everyone agrees with you – but it is incomparably harder to be a social conservative in the only state that George McGovern carried.

I am so tired of this bass ackwards thinking. If Romney were a Conservative, he would not have been a governor in Massachusetts. They would have never voted him in.

If Romney were a Conservative and a governor of a Conservative state, like maybe.... Oh, I don't know.... Maybe Utah... He would not have any problems wooing the base.

Romney is no Conservative.
Romney is a liberal RINO.

He’s my first choice, too. Right behind evry living human being and most of the dead ones.

Whoa cowboy, I did not say I was following the heard myself, just pointing out that most Fred folks did not go McCain.

I for one have gone with “none of the above” with Fred’s departure. I am no where sold on Romney, though I think it matters little, Mitt won’t take the General even if he gets the nod.

My current plan is to invest wisely, buy ammo just in case and wait for Barbour in 2012.

I’ll vote for Romney if he’s the GOP nominee.

In fact, I’ll vote for the GOP nominee because they’re the GOP nominee.

Hey, wait, Reagan is dead...

maybe...

Well he would still be better than the Democrats, including the Republican ones...

At this point, the slowly decaying road killed skunk down at the corner, would be better than what’s offered.
