Patently unconstitutional.
The United States are not subject to the laws of a single state.
The City of Berkeley, which is a legal creation of the State of California, has no authority over the actions of the United States Marine Corps. The Marines answer only to the President (who commands them) and to the Congress (who pays them).
I would love to see a Marine “field-day” in Berkeley after they trash one of their recruiting offices or spit on a uniform but I know it will never happen because Marines are miles above this trash......still would be fun to see!!!!!
