EVERY teenager is looking to cut class at some point. And a GPA isn’t necessarily indicative of anything other than the fact he can take a test. It’s a meaningless factor in behavior.
Just like every adult wants off work sometime...
ie....what is your point?
Perhaps he genuinely did want to know about the decision-making process.
