I still say that this kid is a snotty-nosed brat and the woman had every right to be angry. Has our society become so PC as to disallow righteuos anger?
Did you listen to the message she left. She sounds like a rabid shrew deep in the throes of PMS. Righteous anger has its place, but this wasn't it.
