I like to look on the bright side also. If you get them all in one place it makes carpet bombing easier. Does anybody believe they wouldn't be at war with the other state within a year? Just give them a state, start a war, decimate them. Problem solved.

I like Tancredo's idea. Attack America, we bomb Mecca. Easy to understand, simple to execute, and the rags have to watch out for their own.
