Rush is a bright guy but this is just post facto reverse of the conventional wisdom.
I think McPain won because he has national security credentials that no one else can match and that was the main issue based on poll results of the Republican voters.
The idea that they just happened to defect from Obama does not make sense. Obama Rat voters even independent ones do not poll national security as the first issue.
That’s my take and IMHO just as worth considering.

Were that it were only one issue..But you can put it that way, if you like. Conservatism as being only one issue. What a concept?
However, anyone being honest with themselves will realize that any of the candidates I am opposed to, are each not Conservative on many issues.
Therefore I will at least not be moaning, "If only, I hadn't voted for the S*B." I will at least have the satisfaction of not being complicit in electing their PATHETIC rear ends.
