Eight people have been charged with faking voter registration forms in St. Louis city and county in 2006, federal authorities announced today.
The federal indictments were unsealed this morning. Some of the accused have not been arrested yet, so their names are being withheld.
The eight people were employed as voter registration recruiters by ACORN, the not-for-profit Assoication of Community Organizations for Reform Now. ACORN ran a voter registration drive for the general election in November 2006.

ACORN is a Soros-based entity.
Clearly a criminal enterprise.
ACORN .. again? lol
Confront a Dem about the need for voter ID,
and they’ll vehemently scream that there isn’t a problem with vote fraud.
Low volume ping list
FReepmail me to be on, or off, this list.
“Hey buddy, wanna pack a smokes? Fill out this here form...and vote for the Democrat”.
The crap that goes on here in St Louis would make the Daley “machine” guys blush. The problem is they keep getting away with it...over and over. Bush’s first mistake was convincing Ashcroft not to pursue the irregularities here....nice sentiment, bad result.
‘bout dern time
Yet more criminal activity? I’m shocked!
I think in this case...some folks are going to start to worry about how much fraud you can get away with. I’m thinking each of the eight could be looking at six months in jail...which they really didn’t anticipate. The interesting thing...if this is not a misdemeanor and depending on the state they are from....then they might not be able to vote in next years election...or any future election.
No, fill out this form so we can vote FOR you.
“We don’t need no d@mn I.D.!”
Please put me on the Missouri ping list.
WHOA!! This is big news!! Thanks for posting!
Wehn will the FBI go after this fraudulent group? They’ve been violating election laws in every state in which they’ve operated.
“there isnt a problem with vote fraud.”
ACORN pulled this cr@p all over the country. But a voter registration is not actually a vote. I’d be really curious to know how many of these fraudulent voter registrations actually turned into fraudulent votes. Or were these scumbags that ACORN hired, and paid, just ripping off ACORN?
Paying people to vote a certain way is despicable, but, presumably, the person voting is a legitimate voter, and not one with a fraudulent voter registration.
Vote Early, Vote Often (bump list)
As Gomer Pyle said, “surprise, surprise, surprise!” LOL.
Whatever votes the Dems don’t get in ‘08 they can just steal.
