A murderer is a murderer unless he or she was protecting themselves. I really do not care about the drugs if that was so then the drunks would not be libel when they commit murder on the street.

I really do not care about the drugs if that was so then the drunks would not be libel when they commit murder on the street.The state doen't mandate getting drunk. This was a state mandated psychosis when he killed, IMHO.
