Building upon existing roads is also how they continue to try to avoid informing citizens exactly their intentions, as they "piece meal" their infrastructure plans and never let onto how they are connected to other, intra and interstate roads/highways.
LOL! Shhhh, don't mention that roads are connected to other roads. That's funny!

You are so right about those "juvenile" remarks. The real issue (on this thread, at least) is not the roads connecting to other roads that lead to Mexico, but rather how they managed to show-up if you use Google Maps. There has to be a reason.
