LOL! I admit I was being pretty defensive. I didn’t mean to imply that men would be less sensitive. I’m for the Second Amendment, but it was in the back of my mind that my statement of her having peace might trigger some to criticize me as a gun-softie.
This is why, despite the advice of many FReeper FRiends, I still have not got my CCL.
You have to be able to say to yourself that you are willing to do what this woman did and that you can live with yourself for doing so, if you have to do so.
That’s what my SIL told me, anyway. And what my friend said when I asked why she never got her license after passing her test as first in her class.
