From my vague recollection, yes, gun laws were passed after Columbine.
I lived in Colorado at the time...I seem to recall participating in a vote concerning gun control measures back then.
For or against?
Our friends the Brady's have a handy page for each state that lists their various pet law projects and whether or not the state has implemented them at www.stategunlaws.org. Colorado looks pretty good to me, though it's no Texas.
still live here
not much significant passed in gun control that I recall, there might have been something about guns around schools
Colorado is a shall issue state, concealed carry permits cannot be denied if you have no criminal background and pass the course on gun safety/shooting etc. I believe that happened around the time of columbine but I dont know if it was before or after
I know people with concealed carry and it used to be you had to have special clearance from your local sheriff before we became a shall issue state.
