I like your excellent corollary to my post in #934. Whether 'tis better to be with the Lord or linger among Earth's evil can be a tough choice for those who may look forward in confidence to their reward (Philippians 1:21-30).

Rev. 22:15 may point out how this perpetrator has sealed his fate, just before his death, with no chance for repentence in the body. (Heb. 9:27)

With this perp's heart, God apparently deems it wouldn't have been right that he would be dressed in white robes on that Last Day, able to say, "Don't taze' on me, bro. God saved me by having the gun jam!"

What happened between the perp and God AT THE POINT OF DEATH

is beyond fruitful for me to speculate much about. I’ll leave emphatic pontifications about that to God.

SEEMS LIKE the odds are he won’t be inside the pearly gates.
