Mrs. LC & I were in Annapolis for a weekend last month. Great town, but there’s a serious drug problem. we were walking baack to the hotel after diner at around 10PM, and we were a little bit uncomfortable. As soon as we walked out of the restaurant, we were tailed by about 6 scary looking guys who were hanging out on te corner. A friend who lived down there told me about the big drug problems in that aprt of town. too bad, too, because that’s where three nice hotels are.
