I am not a supporter of any particular candidate in this primary process. I was, however, impressed with what this man had to say. It hasn’t made me a supporter, but it impressed me. He went into areas of personal beliefs that I thought he would avoid and navigated quite well.

He’s an impressive guy but I’m a Duncan Hunter type. In any case, all the Republican candidates, in spite of their shortcomings, are far better than anything the Dims have to offer.

I’ll echo your comments. I’m not lined up behind anybody yet. I have things I like about all of them.

This was a good speech, delivered well. He could be President and I’d be OK with that.

I have some serious problems with Mormonism itself, but it’s hard to deny that as individuals Mormons really do walk the talk. If it is by their fruit that we should know them, well, the Mormons truly have cornered the market on living a life that proves a good witness of their faith. Dang, if only they didn’t believe some of those really goofy things. :-)

But that’s a different question, and I see nothing disqualifying about being Mormon and being President.
