Internet Christmas shopping all done.
Time to shop for dynachrome!
I was surprised it hadn’t been picked up on FR already.
I hear it mentioned on Michael Savage’s radio show on the drive home from work about 45 minutes ago.
Our hands are tied in the UN. The President's hands are tied with the Congress and possibly a hard majority of the US voting public.
This forces the President to either act unilaterally or not at all. Same for Israel.
The risk of nuclear war in the middle-east has increased substantially.
Is it POSSIBLE that the CIA and DIA signed off on this?
“Newsmax sources in Tehran”
Oh really. I bet.
Newsman is a joke, akin to Salon.com. The report is the consensus of 16 intelligence agencies. The conclusions are vetted by all and where they disagree with the majority or have a different take is noted in footnotes. I have no idea who “authored” it but it is really irrelevant as it was done with input and its content was accented to by the 16 intelligence agencies. It may well be wrong but who wrote it is irrelevant.
Damn you Muslims - always duping us..
No. Not at all. Newsmax credibility aside.
“Michael Savages radio show”
Where I picked up on it!
“No. Not at all. Newsmax credibility aside.”
Who authored it is important (all 16 intel. agencies). Who wrote it doesn’t much matter as all the others signed off. This is their opinion, right or wrong.
THE PRESIDENT: Well, you know, I'm -- without getting into sources and that, that's -- I believe that the intelligence community has made a great discovery, and they've analyzed the discovery, and it's now part of our government policy. (emphasis added)
State Department analysis.... I think I'm going to be sick.
The CIA has a long history of being wrong. In fact, it seems like they are always wrong, irrespective of the circumstances. It’s sort of like the man who can’t tell the truth.

I’m sorry but puleese. This is backroom politics at it’s finest. We just got Iraq for Iran’s Dr. Evil nuke program. They surrendered in Iraq and we turned down the rhetoric. It was a deal, plain and simple. You and I will never know the details but it’s based on each side’s belief they’ll prevail, given time. What is going to happen is going to happen.
Probably, but in the case of the state department hardly necessary. They always are on the side of America's enemies, with the exception of during WW-II. They kind of got into that "habit" during the years so many of them were communists or "fellow travelers".
my book "Shadow Warriors: The Untold Story of Traitors, Saboteurs, and the Party of Surrender." [Editor's Note: Get "Shadow Warriors" free go here now.]Looks like a good book - I just ordered it - thanks.
