This is absolutely positively the greatest news! I pull no punches to say that it is not "necessarily" the sort of news that warms the cockles of the liberal/Democratic, left-wing, moon-bat adherents and their ilk.
Three months of a continuing trend has got to dash the hopes of any moon-batter who had previously prayed it was merely a statistical blip have got to be disheartened by this, certainly the Al Qaeda management team getting desperate to show their viability.
Let's all pray this is the beginning of a continuing downward spiral like Hillary's electability numbers.

Civilian deaths Iraq caused by war-related violence have dropped for a third straight month, according to November data compiled by Iraq's Interior Ministry. Assuming this news gets noticed at ALL, we can expect Katie C. Colon to be wearing black on the next broadcast.

That’s awesome! A few more months of good news like this and the Dems will not be able to really run with an Anti-Iraq agenda.

538 Iraqi civilians killed in November. That’s 18 per day.
Contrast that wartime average to the peaceful beach paradises of Brazil (e.g. Rio, Sau Paulo, et al), which average 108 civilians shot dead each night of every day.
