But seriously, my point is that while Pat’s is an interesting voice, in no way, shape or form can he be taken as a partisan Republican for purposes of balancing Dem advocates.

The cheap labor agenda drives Republicans away to Independents or Democrats. Fair trade isn’t pandering to the Democrats, its getting them back. Mostly independents (Ross Perot).
