No doubt. I'm quite sure that if this fella had received his mail at a reasonable hour of the day, he would have won the Publisher's Clearinghouse Sweepstakes, or something. As it is, now he's just another loser in life's lottery...

I think I already won the Publishers Clearing House lottery. I got something yesterday saying I did, or was it that I MAY have already won, or.......?
I wonder if I can get the deposit back that I placed on the new car...
