D.C. chapter Master Ping List
Guarding Angels kept me off that Wall.
Then to add the additional dead due to the Elite Left, the Liberals and the Democrats supporting the Viet Cong and North Vietnam, makes me way too blood boiling mad to visit there.
I hope God can forgive those cowards and the new Liberal Democratic Party they have birthed to support the Islamic Terrorists over their own nation, because I cannot!

The travelling Viet Nam Wall visits the major cities in the US. It is a time to pay homage to our Vets when you see it.
Thank You to ALL of our Vets, Nam, Korea, WW1 and 2. You people are special THANK YOU for your servive
The Wall is one of the most simple, yet moving monuments ever designed by a human being to honor the sacrifice of our soldiers.
How well I remember the controversy about the “black scar in the ground” 25 years ago.
Yet, it had the opposite effect. Silently, it speaks the names of those who are no longer among us, but who died in our service. The act of descending and again ascending makes you realize the tremendous cost this war visited upon us, in every town and county throughout America.
In the smooth granite we see their names, but we also see ourselves. The linkage is breathtaking, the symbolism awesome.
Maya Lin was absolutely brilliant as the designer.
Senators like Biden, Kennedy, Kerry, Leahy, and others still in the Senate broke faith with those died in the effort to stop the Communist takeover of Vietnam. Because of their treasonous activities, The Communists soon overran South Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, killing over 3 million people in the quest to once again attempt to create a socialist paradise. Jane Fonda can take credit for helping to establish the killing fields with them.
They alone cheapened and threw away the sacrifice of these, our friends and loved ones.
58,000 names.
Each one a son, a brother, a father, an uncle, a nephew,a cousin, a neighbor, a friend. A few were sisters and daughters as well.
We cannot allow this Senate to repeat their treason in Iraq.
Welcome home to all my fellow Marines who came back, and Present Arms to all those who did not.
Semper fi!

I saw the traveling wall in Vancouver several years ago and I'll never forget. I was fine until I got within about 100 yards from it and broke down. Took me about 1/2 hour to make that last 100 yards. I too want with all my heart to someday see the D.C. wall.
I was at the Swift Boat Sailors reunion this summer and heard that when some Swift Boat guys were at the wall in D.C., tons of people wanted their pictures taken with them .......ESPECIALLY PEOPLE FROM MASSACHUSETS !!
What a hoot !
