Clearly, Lubet is corrupt and the fix is in. My guess is that the astronut’s lawyer is a political heavy hitter, and either he throws around a lot of campaign cash to judges or he’s got some dirt on Lubet. Whatever. Obviously the lawyer is “connected” and he is having a wink and nod party with the corrupt judge Lubet.

How do we really know any of the facts if we are not in the courtroom hearing the evidence. I am never one to swallow the prosecutors assertions. These guys have careers and they only look good when they win. Remember Nifong.

Hey I’m just saying be cautious not to jump on a band wagon, it really is hard to know the truth as an outsider. Unfortunately life has taught me to distrust virtually everyone involved in a court case, because even when people believe they are telling the truth sometimes they just see a cylinder from end on perspective, and report they see only a disk... If you get my so clumsily expressed meaning. Nothing scares me more than an intuitive investigator after all. It’s late and not sure if I am making any sense but thanks for listening.
