There is another long term issue here...how long before the Democrat-Socialist start using the fact that someone has voted as proof that they are a citizen?..see the vote proves that he/she is a citizen! After all, only citizens can vote so if someone voted in a National election they must be a citizen. Loopy Liberal Logic at its finest.

There is an easy way to fix on site voter fraud IMO. As people come in, have people of all colors declare their citizenship at the border patrol check point station. Next step is the LE station for a thumb print to determine is you are a citizen that can legally vote , are dead, and are not voting “again” After that proceed at business as usual.

"If she's going to stay with that kind of attitude, it's the beginning of the end."

“One New York state Senate Democrat, asking for anonymity, said senators warned Spitzer in a recent closed-door meeting that the timing of his plan could cause Hillary agita.”

And agita it has caused…poor Mrs. Clinton. Seems like even the Dems are turning against her.

I've yet to hear one single Republican say anything about Democrat voter fraud. I frustrates me (and has special relevance as I live in King County, WA) that the brazeness with which the left opposes Voter ID to facilitate fraud, and the shenannigans at polling places doesn't get more attention than it does.

We're beginning to resemble some squalid third world country in this regard.

Dear Friend,

As you know, Governor Spitzer is planning to give driver’s licenses to illegal aliens beginning next year.

Yesterday, the Commissioner of the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles admitted that illegal aliens could use these driver’s licenses to buy guns.

I believe this is wrong and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is opposed to the Governor’s plan.

When asked if this would allow an illegal alien to purchase a gun, Governor Spitzer’s own Commissioner of Motor Vehicles said, “yeah, I guess it proves who they are.”

Like the vast majority of New Yorkers, I don’t support the Governor’s plan and I’m concerned that it will compromise our security.

Maybe I’m missing something here, but don’t you have to provide a SS Number when you apply for a license? I know I did when I applied for my license. They don’t print it on your license, but I had to either show them my SS card, or provide them with the number when I applied for my license. With Motor Voter, has this been done away with?

If so, then if someone who already has a valid license wants to assume another identity, then all they have to do is give a phony name, say they are a citizen, and Wham! they have a new license, a new identity, and can vote twice in an election.

Or am I wrong?
