"United States is stupid," Mota-Campos reportedly told an immigration agent after his latest arrest, court records say. "I come back every time."

These honest sentiments need to be broadcast. Let the American population see what these "undocumented workers" really think of the US.

He was deported again in April 2003, but sneaked back into the country a short time later. He was arrested twice in Newport News that November for driving without a license and drunken driving, respectively.

In September 2004, he was charged again with drunken driving. In each of the three DUI convictions, Mota-Campos never received more than a 30-day jail term. Authorities said that was because he always used a different name.

His fingerprints should have been checked each time against a criminal database.
It can safely be assumed that foreigners like him are using multiple identities, multiple drivers licenses and multiple Matricula Consular cards

I don't know much about fingerprint databases---- But foreigners who are arrested should be fingerprint checked every time. They are here as guests and often unwanted guests

You can thank Congress and our President for their arrogance. They treat illegal immigration as a joke. Have done so for years
Give me one good reason he should fear and respect our justice system
If we had any brains we would deport him to a foreign prison to do his time. His wise guy attitude would be gone in days

Exactly. He vows to return because he knows we have SISSIES in charge, who will not stop him. Corrupt SISSIES.

"United States is stupid," Mota-Campos reportedly told an immigration agent after his latest arrest, court records say. "I come back every time."

Unfortunately, I totally agree with him!

Mota-Campos has skirted the law - and harsh jail terms - until now by using 16 different names and fake identification papers in the 19 years he has lived here on and off.

He must be stopped for good. He's not bashful about it. People who are living in the shadows, my foot!

He claims to have killed someone in a drunken-driving accident in Mexico City and has a tattoo - a teardrop on his left cheek - that indicates ties to the Mexican mafia,

Actually, the teardrop tattoo means that he MURDERED somebody and that he must be a proud member of MS-13 who's taking credit for it.

In most countries, he would be shot dead on sight. When are our globalists going to "join" the rest of the world in enforcement? They are giving our sovereignty away and not even standing up to a criminal who's challenging us by telling the truth: the US is stupid! Amen.

Give him hard labor for his time in prison, deport him after time served and challenge him to come back. When he dares to; shoot the bastard on sight and advertise it!

Agreed...let him try to sneak back across the life-afterlife border....

But ammo’s getting expensive. Might borrow that machete he’s so fond of.....

I can say this with a straight face: I agree with him. I'm just not sure how that helps me identify a way to change it...

I agreed with you already!

A blueprint for a change is below.

From Virginia...

Rolando Mota-Campos, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, has racked up convictions for drunken driving, domestic assault and threatening to cut someone's head off with a machete.

Yet the 42-year-old scallop boat worker has slipped easily into the country after being deported three times.

He'll be deported again after serving a 14 1/2-year federal prison term imposed Wednesday in U.S. District Court, but he has already vowed to sneak back in.

"United States is stupid," Mota-Campos reportedly told an immigration agent after his latest arrest, court records say. "I come back every time."

Should he send you his resume or do you already have it on file?

He is sure right about that last part.

Time to start branding giant D's on their foreheads prior to deportation.

and citizens are marked with a government mandated number that makes our ID routine. We understand that if we speak too loudly on an internet forum that we may get our dogs shot and houses burned down, but this scum stands proudly and says 'Eff you' to big brother and will probably be released the next time a cell is needed for a crack dealer or child support violator. INSANE...

At least five Amnesties have been proposed and debated in Congress since 2006 (Comprehensive, Ag, Dream, etc). Not one of those Amnesties has required proof, vaidation, and/or verification of the applicant's stated identity, or indeed any ID documentation whatsoever.
