If the priest is not a pedophile, then he was wrongly dismissed from the church, and being a lawyer - should be getting really rich off the slander put on him by Tollner.

Nevertheless, there was no conviction. All I said was aren't we supposed to consider someone innocent until proven guilty? I've not seen one shred of evidence used by the grand jury or the church, so why should I jump to the conclusion that the man was guilty?
And O.J. is innocent too.
There was plenty of evidence against OJ and it was made public. From that evidence, we know he was guilty, and I have no problem saying so. Show me the evidence against this man, or I can't call him guilty. I'm sure you'd want the same benefit of the doubt if you were indicted but not convicted.
It is the judicial system that cannot consider someone guilty until they are convicted.

If the GOP has any clue at all, pushing Rudy in this election is a terrible mistake.
It will most certainly usher in Hillary.
Running Guiliani in this election will mean doom for the GOP.

Sorry but I strongly disagree, what will cause doom for the Republican Party is the constant infighting among the Republicans. The only way to win against Hillary (and that is a great possibility) is to stand behind and crawl over broken glass to elect the Republican nominee for President. That means whoever the Party chooses for it's nominee.
You go ahead and disagree, if the nominee is Rudy, be prepared for Hillary, that is what will happen.
If you don’t want infighting, get rid of Rudy. The alternative is Hillary. You cannot force people to vote, nor can you count on people to turn out for a candidate they despise. Especially when they know they would have voted for a good conservatve candidate. Fear of Hillary isn’t going to do it. Presenting a good candidate will.
Face it. There is no way Rudy will win this election, no way. His presence in this race will doom the GOP for many years to come.

The scandal is the agenda of continually demonizing the Church. The allegations are mute because of the limitation statute, as are most cases involving priests.
That money grubbing lawyers along with homosexual activists can make accusations going back 30 years, is not right.
Rudy's absolutely right and IMO, Priest F is probably a fine dedicated man being persecuted, as are so many others.
Possibly true; nonetheless I think it is ironic that Guilianni is involved with allegations of pedophilia within the church when he is such a lax Catholic that he supports abortion.
