Rudy gave a pretty good answer on education.
The problem with Rudy’s answer is that it doesn’t mean anything. Sure give every parent choice. They got that now. Any parent who wants to can take his kid to a private or perocial school. As long as they got the money. And giving back the small portion of their tax dollars that actually go to education won’t buy their way into one of those.
