A young Republican Governor in Louisiana who doesn't like people feeding from the public trough... this should prove interesting.

Interesting indeed. “Feeding at the public trough” is the core value of the democrat party.

Liberals put race first again. What makes Bobby Jindal, Bobby Jindal is NOT the color of his skin. Bobby Jindal is what Obama pretends to be, but never could become. For someone so young, Jindal has an amazing record of accomplishment. I wish he were in Michigan, Louisiana north.

It really depresses me how much importance people place on skin pigmentation levels or genital configuration. These things are entirely unrelated to the question of how someone will legislate, lead, or adjudicate.

I recall the past Louisiana election. I asked a friend from Shreveport whether he and his wife were voting for Jindal or Blanco. His reply, “Jindal is a little too dark for me.” Ummm Hmmm. Should’a paid closer attention to the name “Blanc-O.”

Impossible! No republican can win today with the massive tide of anti republican feelings in the country and total love and support the American people have for democrats!
Certainly Diebold had something to do with this.

I would think that this election of a republican blows to hell two liberal fairy tales -
1) The republicans are in trouble.
2) The rats will overwhelmingly win everywhere, or so say the propaganda polls.
It’s my firm belief that hillary will prove to be the new George McGovern of the 21st century.

I guess the smear a few months ago by the DNC, trying to divide Catholics and Protestants over Jindal, didn’t work.
Seriously, they must be screaming over at DU and Kos. Don’t those ignorant rednecks know it was Bush and Republicans that kept aid from them in Katrina, not the Demos? /sarc.

A “nonwhite” doesn’t seem to be the issue. Electing a republican governor in LA is unusual. I found only two republican governors since the 1870’s.

His first act as governor has to be getting rid of that John Edwards hairstyle.
