This isn’t goping to do a damn thing for congestion if they are going to paint diamonds on those lanes and restrict them to 2% of the drivers.
Just build the damn lanes and let everyone use them dammit.
We are not going to bulldoze our way out of anything with more carpool lanes. They are causing gridlock not helping it. It is amazing how blind liberals can be about anything that is their idea. If it doesn’t work, ignore it and claim it does and keep pushing the idea. What a bunch of losers and what loser Arrrrnold turned out to be.
