Quite true, although I would give RR a break on that because the cases before the SC are so different that its hard to predict how your nominee will actually vote.

Evidently half of the members here don’t give a damn.

Maybe he'll lower their taxes or something. (Not likely, but why not believe?)

Mayor Rudy Giuliani Declares "Roe vs. Wade" Anniversary Day (Jan. 22, 1998); NARAL has the proclamation signed by Giuliani, and a NARAL questionnaire signed by Giuliani. Would he support unrestricted Medicaid funding for abortions? Would he oppose legislation that made minors get parental or court approval before getting an abortion? Did he agree with Roe v. Wade? Giuliani circled Yes, Yes and Yes.

Giuliani doesn't miss a chance to suckup to NARAL
and P'hood. Here's Giuliani worshipping abortion.

"(Slobbering) Mmmmm, abortion is good. Gotta have more
and more abortion. Abortion gets me votes and contributions."

“Despite all the evidence, many “conservatives” seem reconciled to Giuliani being the sacrificial lamb against HRC.”

I am more concerned that Rudy would beat Hillary. That would mean the death knell of the Pro-life Republican party. Where are folks like me supposed to go then? I would rather go for a bold choice like Duncan Hunter than go through all that pain.

No way! You mean the same Rudy Giuliani that says illegal immigration is not a criminal offense despite the illegal immigrants using forged documents, a felony, to secure work? How could that be?

Sarcasm off

Rudy Giuliani represents the worst of politicians and people that divert their attention from people engaged in bad deeds. He is no better than the GOP leadership that was quite aware of bad deeds by former Congressman Mark Foly, but did nothing to expose or confront Folly until the deeds were raised to national awareness.

Careful! You’ll stir up the folks that think themselves conservative for aligning themselves to a political party rather then the constitution.

LOL. He'll also protect the 2nd amendment. You know, the "right to hunt".

MAYOR GIULIANI COMMEMORATES THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ROE V. WADE SUPREME COURT DECISION

Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani today commemorated the 25th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision guaranteeing a woman’s constitutional right to privacy. At a press conference at City Hall, the Mayor was joined by Kelli Conlin, Executive Director of the New York State Affiliate of the National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League (NARAL/NY); Irwin Schneiderman, NARAL Foundation Board Chair; Barbara Schack, NARAL/NY Board Chair; State Senator Roy M. Goodman, Council Member Andrew Eristoff; and Assemblyman John Ravitz.

"Twenty five years after the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision, its impact is as significant as ever," Mayor Giuliani said. "This decision has precluded government from interfering with a woman’s Constitutional rights. "I take this opportunity to restate the commitment of the Administration to protect women’s right to seek reproductive health advice and services if that is their choice," the Mayor concluded.

Ms. Conlin said, "The 25th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade is an important time to remember the values that define the right to choose, and to applaud New York’s important role in leading the nation in regard to reproductive health. The Roe decision transformed abortion from a criminal act to a legal medical procedure, allowing doctors to provide this important medical service to women, without fear of criminal prosecution. Women were finally spared the humiliation of back alleys, and the fear of death due to unsafe, unsanitary procedures.

Ms. Conlin continued, "New York City has renewed its commitment to reproductive health care for women consistently, most profoundly in 1994 with the enactment of the Clinic Protection Act, which has dramatically reduced the incidence of violence and harassment of women entering health facilities."

With more than 50,000 members, NARAL/NY works in the political arena to protect women’s access to safe reproductive health services, and to expand the reproductive rights available to women.

I've never researched NARAL and just noticed this:
...Irwin Schneiderman, NARAL Foundation Board Chair...
I wonder if he comes from the line of Schneidermans that were big in the leadership of the Communist Party for years.

The others need to be banned from the rest of the debates.

Let's ban elections and just let polls determine the President. /s

Yeah...the right to choose for another who has not voice yet. Giuliani’s a perverted man...doubly so because he promotes himself as being clever.

Yea, this sure was a not a bias poll Oh I see. This poll (and this post) was supposed to make me see Rudy is just as evil as Hillary so I'll vote for Fred or some other candidate who doesn't stand a snowball's chance in hell against Hillary. Really folks. We are Republicans. We aren't that stupid. If you want me to vote for your candidate you better start proving to me they can win. I like Fred and I like Duncan but I don't see how they can beat Hillary. There aren't enough conservatives in this country. Not yet.

Rooty thinks the second amendment only applies to people living in rural areas. He seems to believe the people of NYC didn’t have the God given right to bear arms.
