His Majesty was admitted to Bangkok's Siriraj Hospital Saturday for threatment after showing symptoms of loss of strength in the right side of his body, the Royal Household announced.

Doctors diagnosed the king, 79, as suffering from lack an inadequate blood supply to the outer part of the left-side of his brain, said the Royal Household in an announcement broadcast on Thai TV.

According to the Stanford University medical school website, "Cerebral ischemia occurs when the brain does not receive enough blood flow to maintain normal neurologic function."

It’s not mandatory, but you see a lot of yellow shirts. People wear them other days too, but Monday is the unspoken day and you see a lot.

It is also a way for office workers to dodge normally stuffy dress codes. It is the main reasons everyone wears them to work.

...the heir to the throne is said not to be such a good man as he...

That depends on who the heir will be. ;)

Hi neighbor,
“That depends on who the heir will be.”
Obviously from someone who knows about the selection commitee.
Out here in the hills, a lot of people wear the yellow shirts because they want to, when the farmers have a nice shirt they wear it when not in the fields until they wear it out
