I've not seen a source on the Grandparents 40k donation thing so lets be careful folks. I'll be posting a big piece today that deals with each and every piece of information listed in my original post that the MSM is now claiming was "full of falsehoods" , "debunked" etc etc.

The commercial building is close to 6,400 sq. ft. and was bought in 1999 for $160,000. According to the records, it is still being assessed at $160,000.

I’m not sure if there is a renter, but it was mentioned on previous threads that a portion of the building is being rented to a tenant.
