Doing the law enforcement the feds won't do.

(Actually, due respect to the feds and all, their hands are tied because the US Attorneys won't prosecute immigration/employment violations. Need we be reminded that the US Attorneys are political appointees? And be further reminded, who appoints them?)

It’s not just the US Attorneys that are the problem. It’s the Immigration Judges that are allowing the aliens that are arrested to bond out of ICE custody, never to be seen again. It’s unbelievable the appeals that they have at their fingertips. Some cases carry on for years and like I always say, “ It’s not over until the alien wins “. Having done this kind of work for nearly 24 years, the American public would be shocked how it really is. Understaffed and overworked, ICE can’t do it alone. It isn’t that we’re not willing, it’s just a monumental task with plenty of roadblocks.
