Seems to me like I read a story about an independent pharmacistin U.S. that wouldn’t sell morning after pill and got into all kinds of trouble for it. If these docs were in U.S., what section in yellow pages would they advertise under?

It’s been more a question of individual pharmacists, not individual pharmacies. You might pick up a “code phrase” in a pharmacy ad (”SonRise Pharmacy” etc) but otherwise you wouldn't know from ads. It’d have to be individual networking: church groups, etc. The individual pharmacists you've heard about have been working for large companies and have gotten into trouble for refusing to fill prescriptions.
