Federal judge says he needs more time to issue ruling on illegal immigration crackdown

In other words he's having a hard time finding hoop holes so he can rule against enforcing the law as written.

He’s Stephen Breyers brother....I’m not hoping for much in this. I’m assuming this will all depend on the Supreme Court and even there we’re not guaranteeded.
