5% of cash flow....I can see the defense strategy now....He was donating this to the United Negro College Fund or Texas Southern University to payback the $500,000 Priscilla Slade (former college President) stole to landscape and furnish her private residence....

He was just righting a wrong with a deserved reparation.....right?
