If I were President of the United States none of this would have been an issue--I wouldn't have let him into the country in the first place.

Yah know, Fred, it ain't up to you. According to a treaty we signed when they planted the UN in New York we have to let him in. And according to the same treaty, the UN headquarters stays in New York unless they decide to move it. So if you really want to be president I suggest you brush up on the law a little bit before you make promises you can't keep.

It makes him sound/read tough and plays to the nitwits that don’t know the law.

Rudy should be making the same statement shortly.

Bottom line is get the UN out of the USA and let it’s second home in Geneva be it’s only home.

Not to be argumentative. There may be a treaty, but he apparently needs to get permission to land or a visa or something because I always read that there is some paperwork required for the visit.

So he does not have supreme rights to come if he has to ask.

Therefore if you have to ask the answer is no.

If he flies in "direct".... I swear to Allah that he is personally on a suicide mission with a nuclear bomb on board.

The moment his plane lands, KA-BOOM!

To hell with that law. To hell with the UN. We get out, take our money with us, and send them packing to Somalia.

Sue us!

Perhaps Pres. Fred couldn’t keep the guy out, but he, sure as Allah, could make ImaNutJob very uncomfortable while on his visit to the U.S.

Last time I checked every foreignor needs a visa to come here. Visas can be denied by the State Department for minor reasons, let alone for being a terrorist head of state who is directly responsible for the murder of dozens and dozens of US troops.

Another candidate who disagrees with you is Mitt Romney. Here is what he had to say recently:
"I call on the United Nations to revoke any invitation to President Ahmadinejad to address the General Assembly," Romney wrote in a letter---- "If President Ahmadinejad sets foot in the United States, he should be handed an indictment under the Genocide Convention," Romney wrote.

I would differ with you on that point. This terrorist setting foot on our soil could be a grave national security risk. He could have intentions to unleash sleeper cells or some similar plan. At that point it’s a military decision. I only hope Thompson means what he says.
