I support her property rights, which include doing damn near anything... like hanging her clothes outside. If it lessens the neighbors property value, then they made a bad investment. Tough luck.
Nope. She gave up the right to put up a clothesline when she moved into the development and agreed to the homeowner rules. Her neighbors have a right to resist her negative impact on their property values and they're doing something about it. Good for them - typical environmentalist expecting everyone around her to pay the cost for her environmental concerns.
