But if PP agreed to Kendall, that's not good. Although Bush II appointed her, he did so upon the recommendation of Durbin and Obama, who submitted her name with accolades. There is absolutely no way Durbin in particular would have recommended Kendall were she not a wool-dyed liberal.This is the reason why the courts are so important.
