The guy in the head dress is over 80 years old and needed to be steadied while walking over uneven walk way. This has only been explained about a million times. Your implication that it is something else is silly silly silly. Wrong, age had nothing to do with it. The hand-holding was a symbolic gesture of "diplomacy" between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.
