Also, Hillary should TOTALLY open her books so that an independent audit can track sources back up to a dozen levels to determine that a million bucks is all she really got from the guy.

What would it take to have standing to initiate a suit against her in New York to determine the source of her campaign money there?

There is no private right of action against candidates under the FEC law. However, interested individuals or organizations can file a Complaint against anyone. For instance, my friend Peter Paul filed a Complaint six years ago which forced the Hillary 2000 Senate to admit that it had filed a false FEC report concerning $1.2 million.

The new Report was STILL dishonest about the source of that money, and the case goes on. Given that this is Hillary Clinton we are talking about, I think you can rely on individuals and/or organizations to bring appropriate Complaints against Hillary, now that SOME of the Chinese cats are out of the bag.

On the face of it, it wasn't "nearly a million bucks from one guy." It came from hundreds of people, on paper. But the back records the NY Times reported today, show that Norman Hsu slopped the money around from point to point, "giving" it to others. so they could make apparently legal donations.

This is felony piled on felony, piled on felony. And we don't yet know where Hsu got the money in the first place. He went bankrupt in the US. Then he went bankrupt in Hong Kong. Then suddenly, he's back in the States with millions of dollars to give to American politicians.

Class, can you say, "Chinese Communists"? I knew you could.

So...if I got $850,000 from someone......

First of all...each transaction over $10,000 has to be reported to the IRS....

Second....even if the money is returned...how long has shrillary had access to the $850K...and did she report the interest earned to the IRS...?

I think a good investigation of 1 and 2 above is called for.......waiting.....crickets.
