The "he can't win but we still are obsessed with him" Ron Paul haters have really flooded this thread with the same garbage on a new day and the same unfunny cheesey graphics.

Is this what passes for debate here over republican candidates and ideas now?

Is this what passes for debate ...

There is no need for debate. His anti-American rants have been posted both verbatim and in linked recordings time and again.

That is not "debatable" it is fact.

This is not debate over a republican candidate or idea. This is derision of a libertarian nutbag squatting the the GOP and his suicidally-deluded misunderstanding of the Constitution and misapprehension of the danger in this world.

Oh, and he's a goldbug too. LOL

Paul threads are not debate, they are entertainment.

But we think they're funny because we have senses of humor, unlike people who grew up learning to emulate Vulcans or what have you.

And I don't think anybody here hates Ron Paul. We just disagree with his off-the-wall policies and find his supporters quite amusing.

Seriously, these threads are great fun!

I believe the Admin Mods and Lead Mod think so, too. ;-)

I’m actually concerned that Paul could win the nomination if enough dems vote for him..

Plus, the Paul threads are the most fun of any type of thread, save DUmmie FUnnies.

Is your definition of a good debate consist of all of us drinking the Ron Paul kool-aid?

No, this is what passes for entertainment. And bTW, if you're looking for debate or ideas that are Republican, you need to ditch Ron Paul. He's a Republican like Lincoln was a Communist.

No debate or any real discussions of the issues here. Just a few excited people spending a lot of time posting graphics meant to discredit this guy. I personally ignore all the gibberish.

I never, ever allow others to sway me, especially when it comes to politics. I am always suspicious of individuals attempting to convince others on how and who to vote for.

We just spent some time on RPs site, watching videos and some of his campaign speeches. It was very interesting.
