Giuliani (as he said again in the debate last night) has no problem with 'sanctuary cities' as long as the illegals are not breaking the law.

Say what? I wish that one of the other candidates would have challenged him on that one by saying, "Think about what you just said, Rudy".

By definition ILLEGALS are not law-abiding citizens--hey ARE breaking the law.
