I think it’s bogus also. It has all the earmarks of those advertisements that pretend to be official so you open them.
At the bottom it says, “USA.gov™ is the U.S. government’s official web portal” with another web page in english there.
It’s real. the website has the suffix “.gov” It’s some branch of our government, i.e. tax dollars.
