I can’t decide which this is more reminiscent of:

A) Algore conceding the election in 2000 in a telephone to W only to call back 20 minutes later and renege.

OR

B) Jim McGreevy’s non-resignation resignation.

Craig must be out of his mind to consider this. It makes him look like a total fool. This kind of inconsistency almost looks worse than the original charges against him.
