The level of mentality in some third world countries dictates that child rape is no big deal, and sometimes it's "proof" of machismo. That's the mentality many of them bring to the USA as they hop the border.

I was the 12 year old girl in 2000 that he was arrested for in ventura county. I was 11 when I met him at a party and dated him off and on for 4 years. At the time I thought nothing about his age because I thought I was in love. I found out about this only today when I googled his name. My heart bleeds for that 3 year old little girl expecally now that I have 3 children one of them a 2 1/2 year old little girl. I wish I knew then what I know now.
